1.1 Information Covered by This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that Polyeda collects and processes as the owner of the database and data controller, for its own business and operational purposes, including marketing, sales, customer relationship management, website operation, and service administration.
Under Israeli law, Polyeda acts as the Database Owner with respect to such personal information.

1.2 Excluded Information – Customer Platform Data

This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that Polyeda processes solely on behalf of its customers through the Polyeda Platform, including personal information collected, submitted, or otherwise processed by customers in connection with surveys, research projects, or participant management activities.
With respect to such information, Polyeda acts only as a service provider and data processor, and, under Israeli law, as a Database Holder, processing the information strictly in accordance with the documented instructions of the relevant customer, who acts as the Database Owner / Data Controller.

The processing of such customer platform data is governed exclusively by the applicable customer agreements, data processing agreements, and the customer’s own privacy notices, and is expressly excluded from the scope of this Privacy Policy.
 

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information You Provide Voluntarily

We may collect personal information that you choose to provide to us, including:

• Contact and account information: first and last name, organization name, job title, email address, phone number.

• Financial and payment information: billing details, bank account information, transaction history, costs, sales, and royalty-related data, where relevant for payments to or from you.

• Communications: information included in emails, messages, forms, calls, or other communications exchanged with us.

• Marketing preferences: your preferences regarding receiving marketing communications and your engagement with them.

Providing personal information is generally voluntary, but certain information may be required to enter into or perform a contractual relationship or to provide requested services.

In certain contexts, including where surveys are distributed by Polyeda customers, IP addresses may be collected solely for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and system integrity purposes, and not for identifying individuals beyond what is required for such purposes.

Polyeda may use session replay technology on its website to better understand how users interact with the site, identify usability issues, and improve user experience.

•  IP addresses are not captured

• Text input is masked 

• No third-party session replay providers are used

Session replay data is collected in a proportionate manner, for legitimate operational and service improvement purposes, and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

• social media platforms when you interact with our official pages,

• marketing partners and lead generation providers,

• publicly available sources.

We may record and store telephone conversations for purposes such as quality assurance, training, service improvement, dispute resolution, and record-keeping.
Where required by law, individuals are informed at the beginning of the call that the call may be recorded.
