Under Israeli law, Polyeda acts as the Database Owner with respect to such personal information.

1.2 Excluded Information – Customer Platform Data
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that Polyeda processes solely on behalf of its customers through the Polyeda Platform, including personal information collected, submitted, or otherwise processed by customers in connection with surveys, research projects, or participant management activities.
With respect to such information, Polyeda acts only as a service provider and data processor, and, under Israeli law, as a Database Holder, processing the information strictly in accordance with the documented instructions of the relevant customer, who acts as the Database Owner / Data Controller.
The processing of such customer platform data is governed exclusively by the applicable customer agreements, data processing agreements, and the customer’s own privacy notices, and is expressly excluded from the scope of this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information that you choose to provide to us, including:
